Rotork is undertaking a global deployment of D365 across all its factories and selling entities, making this a vital leadership role focused on the coordination and adoption of a global solution tailored to the needs of the North American market.This position is a 6-month contract, compensated on a salary basis (no hourly rates), based in our Houston office, with occasional travel to other US locations as necessary.Job Purpose:The D365 Project Manager will oversee the successful implementation of the D365 FinOps & CE solution across Rotork’s factories and selling entities in North America, ensuring that the anticipated business benefits are achieved.Collaborating with the global deployment team, local factory superusers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership teams, the D365 Project Manager will manage the overall deployment program plan for North America, addressing critical issues and risks, identifying resource constraints, and managing dependencies both within the program and with other projects. This role will also ensure business readiness for system adoption, along with system design, build, and adoption aligned with the scheduled Go Live date. The Project Manager will be responsible for the daily management of a team of superusers and SMEs across various sites.Main Responsibilities:Own and manage the Americas Wave 1 deployment plan, guaranteeing timely delivery and realization of associated benefits.Exemplify leadership by inspiring and motivating both local and global team members to achieve deployment objectives.Oversee the daily activities of the Americas Wave 1 superusers & SMEs, ensuring the deployment plan is well-structured, adequately resourced, and feasible.Guide the team on the Rotork D365 solution to facilitate the resolution of critical tasks.Ensure the incorporation of best practices and lessons learned from previous deployments.Engage in creative and analytical problem-solving, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Lead change management efforts alongside local leadership teams and dedicated Change & Communications resources.Monitor, track, and manage program-level delivery, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.Establish trusted relationships with key global, regional, and local stakeholders.Conduct steering committee and gate reviews throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes.Define key performance metrics for the project and report monthly to the Rotork Management Board.
