Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Primavera P6 Project Scheduler II to become a pivotal member of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in project scheduling support and management, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6. This position entails direct collaboration with project management, client management, and site personnel to update, progress, and monitor the earned value of project schedules. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills to proactively identify and convey potential risks or opportunities within the project schedule.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules utilizing Primavera P6, including resource loading and tracking.
  • Work closely with project managers and site personnel to collect progress data and updates.
  • Identify and address scheduling risks and impacts to the critical path.
  • Provide regular status reports, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and modify schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Conduct time impact analyses to support change order implications.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and practices.
  • Engage in project meetings and offer scheduling insights.
