Key Responsibilities:Execute design, analysis, or evaluation tasks for assigned projects, utilizing sound engineering principles and adhering to established business standards and program requirements. Conduct assembly, testing, and quality control for propulsion systems, following detailed work instructions and test procedures. Develop and maintain comprehensive propulsion assembly documentation at the subassembly level, including assembly and non-conformance reports, test procedures, setups, and manufacturing drawings. Manage test and inventory databases related to propulsion production activities. Troubleshoot and investigate component anomalies and failures, performing root-cause analysis and determining disposition. Design reference performance test plans and procedures, identifying hardware requirements and test setups. Provide technical support during production and testing phases of satellite propulsion systems. Collaborate with the spacecraft team to validate requirements, develop test architecture, implement production work instructions, and verify propulsion subsystem testing for spacecraft. Foster strong working relationships with spacecraft subsystem leads and the system engineering, integration, and test teams. Create verification and validation plans and coordinate with the Integration and Test team to ensure subsystem compliance with requirements. Comprehend component interfaces and prepare presentations for peers, management, and clients.
