We are looking for a Senior Propulsion Test Engineer to spearhead the planning and execution of propulsion test campaigns for our X-BAT platform. This role entails comprehensive responsibility for propulsion test activities, encompassing test architecture, test stand design, execution, data analysis, and iteration, all supporting a low-bypass turbofan-powered Group 5 UAV.
As the primary point of contact for propulsion testing, you will ensure that test results accurately depict engine and subsystem performance, mitigate integration risks, and guide flight readiness decisions. This position is hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring close cooperation with propulsion engineers, design engineers, technicians, control teams, airframe specialists, and flight test groups.
