What you will do

Estimate testing efforts using technical specifications and participate early in planning to ensure quality coverage throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing to confirm software stability and usability.
Identify, document, and validate defects, track product stability with test metrics, and escalate risks that could impact delivery or quality.
Manage and prioritize the automation backlog, work with automation engineers to expand test coverage, and use Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency.

Collaborating closely with the Workplace Managers and Specialists, you will undertake recurring tasks to maintain the entrance area and take on additional responsibilities.As part of visitor management, you will oversee the processing and booking of travel requests, as well as respond to, distribute, and manage incoming messages, mail, and calls from external sources. You will also handle postal services and basic office supplies.Being the first point of contact for external personnel, your role will involve participating in various processes across different departments, acting as an ambassador for our company while providing first-level support to numerous employees.Your Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for employees and external visitors.Address baseline requests while delivering general services.Oversee visitor reception and coordination.Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Assist with project work, executing tasks under the guidance of the Workplace Manager.
