Negotiate variations, omissions, and final accounts with subcontractors and clients in a timely and professional manner. Regularly report on costs, value, and cash flow. Proactively resolve conflicts when possible. Supervise and mentor junior members of the commercial team. Requirements A relevant degree, typically with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience. Strong technical knowledge of building construction and processes. Familiarity with various measurement methods.
