In this position, you will steer and unify multi-disciplinary engineering teams, overseeing projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will engage with significant initiatives focused on the electrification of the rail network, the refurbishment of existing lines, and various enhancements to the network. Your contributions will drive the realization of nationally significant projects—endeavors that will influence Ireland's transportation framework for generations.

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide technical leadership from the initial development phases through to design execution and project closeout, ensuring that our work consistently meets client expectations while adhering to the highest engineering standards. In addition to project delivery, your role will also involve driving business development efforts—contributing to positioning strategies, preparing tenders, and cultivating client relationships that lead to new opportunities.

A vital aspect of this role is the connection between our technical teams and clients.
