Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior RAN Integration Engineer to join our Validation Team in Hyderabad, India. This role will involve hands-on validation and troubleshooting of RAN systems in a satellite end-to-end environment.
The successful candidate will analyze and troubleshoot field test results, validate RAN components (both terrestrial and non-terrestrial), and ensure network performance and reliability adhere to design expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on RAN testing in an end-to-end laboratory setting.
- Analyze and interpret field testing results to identify issues and opportunities for enhancement.
- Engage in RAN-focused troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and developers to validate new software releases and functionalities.
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and reporting of RAN validation activities.
