Core Technical RequirementsDeep React Native Internals: Exceptional expertise in the React Native lifecycle, the Bridge, JSI, and the New Architecture (Turbo Modules/Fabric). JavaScript & TypeScript: Proficient in ES6+, asynchronous programming patterns, and strict type safety. State & Data Management: Advanced skills in state management solutions (Redux + Saga/Thunk, Zustand, or TanStack Query) along with efficient data caching techniques. Native Bridging: Demonstrated experience in developing Native Modules and facilitating communication between JavaScript and Swift/Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android). Performance Engineering: Knowledge in memory leak detection, CPU profiling with Flipper or Xcode Instruments, and strategies for app startup time optimization (Hermes/re-renders). Cross-Platform Experience: A strong advantage if you have hands-on experience with Flutter (Dart) or have transitioned apps between frameworks. Version Control: Proficient understanding of Git.
