About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate Commure's expansion and collaborate with teams across the organization, including Go-to-Market, General & Administrative, Enterprise, and Operations. In this critical role, you will play a key part in scaling these teams through standardized, efficient, and metrics-driven recruitment processes. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships with various leaders to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent. You will aid in aligning talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring we continue to build the foundational teams essential for Commure's success. The people at Commure will ultimately determine our success, and this position will significantly influence our ability to fulfill our mission.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on-site at our Mountain View office.
