Role overview
This position centers on developing practical solutions that help Airbnb, its hosts, and guests meet local requirements. The Cities team brings together product, policy, legal, and operational experts to ensure compliance while supporting the company’s expansion.
What you will do
- Design and manage scalable compliance programs, sharing updates and results with leaders in Cities, Policy, Legal, and regional teams.
- Act as the main contact for assigned jurisdictions, maintaining effective routines, managing stakeholders, and keeping documentation current.
- Identify ways to reduce risk across regions by working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Policy, and Legal teams to align plans and deliver on goals.
