We are looking for a seasoned Senior Relativity Systems Administrator to enhance our team! In this role, you will manage a diverse range of projects to support and optimize our organization’s network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions utilizing COTS tools including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Oversee the ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) utilizing both on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
- Manage external access to ALS tools which includes identity and access management for external stakeholders such as expert witnesses and federal attorneys.
- Conduct system maintenance including backups, restoration, software updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Create and maintain system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation, ensuring updates are made bi-annually.
- Deliver comprehensive weekly reports detailing system health, performance metrics, completed projects, and upcoming activities.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
