Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing systems, including UNIX, Windows, and network storage solutions, with at least 5 years focused on litigation support applications.- Demonstrated experience in designing, procuring, installing, integrating, and testing complex systems.- Proficiency with large systems encompassing a diverse range of operating systems and functionalities.- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions, primarily utilizing COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Maintain the ALS system infrastructure, including storage, compute, and network components, using both on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
- Manage external access to ALS tools, including identity and access management for stakeholders such as expert witnesses and government collaborators.
- Conduct system maintenance tasks including backups, restore operations, software updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Produce and regularly update system diagrams, administrator guides, and user documentation, ensuring updates at least semi-annually.
- Provide weekly updates on system health, performance, completed projects, and upcoming activities.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
