As a key member of our Legal/IT department, you'll lead efforts to enhance and maintain our network systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions, focusing on COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Manage the ALS system infrastructure across both on-premise and AWS cloud platforms, ensuring robust storage, computing, and networking capabilities.
- Facilitate secure external access to ALS tools, including identity and access management for our external partners like expert witnesses and federal attorneys.
- Execute system maintenance tasks including backups, software updates, and performance tuning to guarantee optimal system functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system diagrams and documentation, ensuring updates are conducted at least bi-annually.
- Provide weekly status reports on system performance, completed projects, and future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
