Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration and litigation support applications, with a focus on UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions.- At least 5 years of this experience must be specifically in litigation support tools such as Oracle, Relativity, iPro, and Concordance.- Proven experience in system design, installation, integration, and testing within complex environments.- Familiarity with large-scale systems featuring a diverse array of operating systems and functionalities.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

At CGS Federal, we are on the lookout for a Senior Relativity Systems Administrator who is ready to tackle diverse projects aimed at enhancing our organization’s network systems. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to innovate within the government sector by utilizing advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions using COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.
- Manage the ALS system infrastructure, including storage, compute, and network resources on both on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
- Oversee external access to ALS tools, ensuring proper identity and access management for stakeholders including expert witnesses and federal attorneys.
- Conduct system maintenance tasks such as backups, restore operations, application updates, and performance monitoring.
- Create and maintain system diagrams, administrative guides, and user documentation, ensuring they are updated at least bi-annually.
- Provide weekly reports on system performance, project completions, and upcoming tasks.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.
