About the job

At Array Labs, we are pioneering advanced radar systems to empower humanity in understanding and responding to the physical world's changes.

We are launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites designed to construct a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, continuously updated in real-time. This innovation will facilitate quicker, smarter decision-making for both government and commercial entities, enhancing disaster response, ensuring infrastructure resilience, and providing critical geopolitical intelligence.

Our team designs and builds satellites from the ground up, creating the world's most advanced Earth observation systems. Our fleet will deliver unmatched accuracy, extensive coverage, and immediate responsiveness, ensuring critical insights are available precisely where and when they are needed.

Position Overview
As a Senior RF PCB Layout Engineer, you will take ownership of the physical implementation of Array's RF and microwave electronics using Altium. You will be responsible for transforming schematics and performance requirements into layouts that achieve optimal results on the first attempt. Your duties will encompass component placement, controlled-impedance routing, defining stack-ups, developing grounding and shielding strategies, designing connectors and launches, and isolating sensitive RF and mixed-signal domains.

You will collaborate closely with RF design, electrical, antenna, mixed-signal, mechanical, and test engineers to establish layout constraints, conduct reviews, and oversee manufacturing releases. The quality of the boards you deliver will have a direct impact on RF performance, stability, spurious behavior, and overall sensor reliability both in the laboratory and in orbit.
