Position Overview

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to become part of our dynamic Transportation Team across our Ohio offices. This role reports to the Roadway Team Lead and is pivotal in designing roadway, bikeway, trail, and pedestrian projects.

The Senior Roadway Engineer will lead the design efforts for various transportation projects, collaborating closely with other design teams including those focused on bridges, traffic, and site development. This individual will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and managing project resources effectively. The Engineering Design Team is rapidly expanding, providing exceptional opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
