QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Staff Robotics Engineer position will possess a robust background in vehicle perception and planning, with experience in systems analysis, sensor selection and integration, perception architecture, motion planning, health management, behavior analysis, simulation, and testing infrastructure. We expect our Staff Robotics Engineers to exhibit exceptional end-to-end ownership of outcomes, propelling the rapid architecture, design, implementation, support, and enhancement of safe and effective vehicle autonomy. You will play a crucial role as a technical lead, senior individual contributor, and potentially as a team lead, with a hands-on approach to your contributions.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Maritime Division at Anduril is composed of a talented and diverse team specializing in software, robotics, AI, sensor fusion, and data analytics, focused on creating innovative software and hardware solutions that significantly enhance our clients' operational capabilities. We are pioneering the next generation of autonomous systems designed to meet the demanding challenges of maritime operations. Our portfolio includes an exclusive ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth underwater vessel platform and an advanced maritime vehicle architecture that adapts to a range of sizes from small to extra-large. Currently, Anduril is engaged in multi-billion dollar contracts while also executing Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations.

To maintain our momentum, we're making substantial investments in expanding our product offerings, which include Dive-XL, Dive-LD, Copperhead, Seabed Sentry, and several unannounced systems.
