Your Role:
As our inaugural Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in shaping our SDR strategy and developing our playbook. You'll have the opportunity to mentor upcoming SDR hires as our team grows. Collaborating closely with the VP of Growth, you'll design and implement both inbound and outbound strategies to build a strong pipeline, nurture relationships, and create opportunities with multifamily owners and operators for the Foxen Sales team. Additionally, you will work alongside experienced regional sales directors to source and advance deals through the sales funnel. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual eager to leverage a solid foundation of inbound demand, an AI-enhanced sales tech stack, and a strong market position.
