Demonstrated success in selling to B2C companies, with expertise in cold-calling, prospecting, and developing an effective outreach strategy. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, showcasing a results-oriented mindset and resilience in a metrics-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be crucial in identifying and nurturing high-value prospects, laying the groundwork for our sales pipeline. Collaborating with sales leadership, you will create new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline growth, and influence our strategic outreach initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager and Director of Sales Development, your contributions will be vital to Invoca’s ongoing success and impact. This position is hybrid, and candidates must be located in Austin, TX.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, actively working to exceed established sales targets.
  • Engage with prospects to deeply understand their challenges and articulate Invoca’s unique value proposition.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calls and strategic follow-ups, to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive product narratives that resonate with a broad range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to accurately forecast and maintain a detailed Salesforce pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, effectively communicating Invoca’s differentiators in the market.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and messaging.
