The Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating sales pipelines for the North American market by connecting with key decision-makers within fintech organizations and banks. This entails conducting cold calls, engaging in personalized outreach, performing thorough research on potential clients, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
This position is within a fast-paced startup environment rather than a traditional corporate setting, requiring collaboration across various time zones with a global team. You will have direct access to company founders and significant influence over the evolution of our go-to-market strategies.
Flexibility in working hours is expected, including some evenings and weekends as needed. The work pace is rapid, and we maintain high expectations; resilience in the face of rejection is essential.
