Role overview
Sift is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join its remote USA team. This role focuses on building relationships with strategic accounts and creating a steady flow of qualified sales opportunities. The position involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients who could benefit from Sift’s solutions.
What you will do
- Identify and connect with decision-makers at high-value accounts, building and maintaining relationships over time.
- Drive targeted outreach through personalized calls, emails, and social channels, aiming for 40-50 meaningful actions each day.
- Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support and execute campaigns.
- Represent Sift at industry conferences and events to promote the brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Business or Technical majors preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
- Executive presence and a clear enthusiasm for sales.
