Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and direction to Rubrik, customers, and prospects in developing and positioning Rubrik's cloud-native data protection solutions for our Cloud Unstructured Data and Universal Cloud Licensing platforms. Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers and a public cloud subject matter expert when articulating Rubrik's cloud capabilities to key accounts. Lead technical sales calls, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify market trends. Evaluate sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding. Maintain regular communication with product management to ensure product roadmap alignment with customer demands. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials to ensure they align with customer needs and technical accuracy. Assist in creating and delivering technical training for Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architects. Drive the adoption of Rubrik's cloud-native protection technologies across Rubrik and the broader public cloud ecosystem.

As a Senior Sales Engineer (PLS), you will play a pivotal role in achieving product line revenue goals by crafting the corporate technical go-to-market strategy and overseeing critical pre-sales technical activities for key accounts. Your responsibilities will include building, promoting, positioning, and designing the industry's leading cloud data management and security platform for a diverse range of enterprise, mid-market, and small business customers across North America.
