Your Impact
As a personable, technically inquisitive, and passionate Senior Sales Engineer at Axon, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding the value and technical features of Axon's leading global solutions. Your expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS), on-premise software, networking, installation, and configuration, coupled with your capacity to support high-impact proof-of-concept engagements, will be instrumental in our mission to Protect Life and Accelerate Justice. As part of the Axon EMEA Sales Engineering Team, you will support sales initiatives by effectively communicating the value of our evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions, aimed at Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe. This is a quota-carrying, customer-facing role that influences product enhancements and facilitates the deployment of Axon Enterprise solutions.

- Support the technical and value aspects of the sales effort across the territory, including compelling technical presentations, architecture design discussions, competitive analysis, proof-of-concept engagements, leading RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops with customers and partners.
- Ensure a smooth transition of sales opportunities to successful delivery by our Professional Services and/or Partner network.
- Continuously research, network, and ideate to become the go-to resource for future solution opportunities, product roadmap development, and thought leadership in the region.
- Present and promote Axon's technical and business value propositions at industry events.
- Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of Axon products and domain expertise in relevant technology areas.
- Document customer feature requests and issues, providing feedback to product teams.
