Role Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and ambitious Senior Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. You will be pivotal in generating new business through strategic outreach, managing a robust sales pipeline, and finalizing deals. This high-impact position requires not just scheduling meetings, but also nurturing strong relationships, thoroughly understanding client needs, and driving significant revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to closing new business.
- Conduct high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with decision-makers.
- Schedule and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify, map, and navigate target accounts along with key stakeholders.
- Perform thorough research and customize outreach based on each prospect’s organizational structure, goals, and challenges.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow-up and CRM tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to align on client demands and transition strategies.
- Consistently achieve or surpass revenue and activity benchmarks.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.
