Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with new clients interested in innovative chatbot solutions. Employ a consultative sales method to understand client needs, deliver customized product demonstrations, and convey the unique value of our chatbot technology. Design and implement strategic sales plans to exceed sales objectives within designated markets. Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and continuous support. Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, participation in industry events, and other effective strategies. Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client goals. Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction on both sides. Regularly provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to management. Act as a subject matter expert on our chatbot technology, keeping abreast of product developments. Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the SaaS sector, demonstrating a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A solid understanding of the chatbot technology landscape and its market dynamics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data in decision-making. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
