Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for PCS solutions that align with company objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of PCS technologies, including converters/inverters, battery storage, hybrid solutions, and grid integration.
- Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders such as utilities, developers, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
