What You’ll Do
In this role, you will architect and implement a source-driven development and release strategy that facilitates frequent and safe deliveries across multiple scrum teams. You will design and refine CI/CD pipelines that automate the validation, testing, security, and packaging of Salesforce metadata, ensuring every release is reliable and deployment-ready.
Collaborating closely with developers, architects, and release stakeholders, you will oversee package modularity, dependencies, and branching strategies. You will troubleshoot complex deployment issues, enhance pipeline efficiency, and accelerate release cycles, ensuring Salesforce delivery remains rapid, scalable, and robust. Your role will extend beyond mere execution; you will proactively identify risks, mitigate incidents, and continually elevate DevOps maturity across teams.
