Join our dynamic team at Inetum, a leading player in digital services, as we seek a Senior SCCM/MECM Workstation Expert. You will work with a significant client in the aerospace and defense sector, in a highly industrialized environment focused on Windows workstations, SCCM/MECM, application packaging, GPO, and mastering processes.

  • Location: Vélizy (78) or Massy (91)
  • Remote Work: 2 days a week
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  1. Windows 11 Deployments & Updates

    • Design and test Task Sequences for Windows 11 updates using SCCM/MECM (including conditions, prerequisites, rollback, and reporting).
    • Create and test ISO images for updating Windows 11 & Office (including drivers, language packs, security, and application compatibility).
    • Manage the quality, traceability, and documentation of update chains.
  2. SCCM/MECM Administration & Engineering

    • Comprehensive installation, configuration, and administration (site, SUP, DP, boundaries, collections).
    • Maintain the consistency of packages and Task Sequences; optimize content distribution (content management, bandwidth).
    • Diagnose & remediate deployment failures, providing robust corrective actions.
  3. Mastering & Industrialization

    • Design, implement, and maintain a mastering bench (automation, reliability, traceability).
    • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of masters and deployment infrastructure (drivers, BIOS/UEFI, Secure Boot).
  4. Application Packaging

    • Design, create, and maintain packages (MSI/EXE, scripts, dependencies).
    • Ensure validation, testing, documentation, integration into SCCM, and lifecycle management (versioning, compatibility, compliance).
  5. Security & GPO

    • Define/evolve PC GPOs (hardening, security policies, compliance).
    • Contribute to mitigation measures (browser, office suite, OS posture).
  6. N3 Support & Operations

    • Handle complex incidents, resolution and follow-up (recurring issues, RCA).
