We are looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our project controls function for a major project. You will leverage your substantial experience in construction project control services to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.
  • Develop and implement the schedule management program and its deliverables for extensive capital projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documentation for project team approval.
  • Conduct resource loading and leveling schedules.
  • Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS.
  • Evaluate critical path impacts and report findings to the project team.
  • Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the formulation of corrective actions.
  • Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project progress.
  • Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses.
  • Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that could affect schedule performance.
  • Ensure the integrity of schedule information.
  • Maintain communication with clients and consultants at all project stages.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
