To excel in this role, candidates should possess:Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation. Experience with data processing, including cleaning and transforming both structured and unstructured datasets. A solid foundation in developing metrics for evaluating algorithm and system performance. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot scientific simulation experiments. Experience in developing and maintaining Python simulation tools with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings effectively.
