You will ensure that our vans, keys, storage facilities, and supplies are organized and stocked to support daily apartment turnovers and guest needs effectively.Note: This is an operational ownership position requiring autonomy, organization, and reliability, distinct from traditional warehouse roles.Your Responsibilities:Inventory & Storage OperationsPick and stage daily operational ordersUnbox, stock, and restock suppliesMonitor inventory levels and update Kanban systemsManage inbound and outbound inventory flowAssemble operational kits as requiredFleet Operations & ReadinessManage designated parking spots for company vansConduct daily van inspections, restocking, and cleaningPerform turnover inspections (photos, ratings, compliance submissions)Complete weekly van audits and spot-check inventoryRecord and report damages, maintaining accurate fleet statusKey & Access ManagementMaintain key cabinets and track key movementCoordinate key copyingShip keys for courier requestsProvide lockout support when necessaryOperational SupportAssist with laundry processing as neededRespond to urgent after-hours operational needsEnsure that the Seattle market is fully prepared for operations
