Your Role in Our Mission:
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Zocdoc, you will play a vital role in shaping the reliability and scalability of our systems. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing incident response, establishing reliability standards, and promoting operational excellence throughout the organization. Your expertise will contribute to building systems that gracefully fail, recover swiftly, and scale efficiently.
Rather than merely responding to incidents, you will design the tools and practices that prevent them. Your efforts will clarify system ownership, enhance on-call experiences, and bolster our observability capabilities. By integrating best practices into our service development and operations, you will empower every engineering team at Zocdoc to innovate with speed, safety, and confidence.
