Key ResponsibilitiesImmerse yourself in the daily operations of two engineering teams: one specializing in AML entity monitoring and case management solutions, and the other dedicated to device fingerprinting technology. Guarantee that all initiatives delivered by the teams adhere to SEON's architectural best practices, ensuring designs are pragmatic, comprehensive, and free of loose ends. Embed security, scalability, and compliance as foundational elements of all technical designs. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Managers to identify optimal solutions for business challenges. Develop proof-of-concept solutions to illustrate potential technical directions. Assist in estimating efforts during the initiative planning phase. Contribute to initiative delivery through hands-on involvement as required. Serve as a technical mentor for engineers in the AML and Device Intelligence teams, enhancing overall engineering standards and practices. Identify recurring architectural challenges and collaborate with the centralized Architecture team to address them.

Role overview

This Senior Software Architect role is part of the Architecture team and reports to the VP of Architecture. The position works closely with both the AML and device intelligence engineering teams, with an emphasis on anti-money laundering systems. Responsibilities include contributing to product research feasibility and shaping the technical direction for these areas.
