Your Role
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) within Agentic QA, you will be responsible for the test automation and quality frameworks that underpin Dialpad's AI Voice Agent services. This entails developing automated tests for comprehensive product experiences, ranging from the frontend UI to backend services, APIs, and audio/text interactions. You will evaluate orchestration flows, agent configuration experiences, and guardian safeguards to establish robust automated coverage for functionality, performance, reliability, UX, and more.
In this position, you will create extensive automated test infrastructure and collaborate closely with the development team to enhance the testability, stability, and overall delight of our rapidly evolving AI platform for customers.
