The Role:
At Compa, we are at the forefront of redefining enterprise compensation. Our platform empowers some of the world’s largest corporations to make informed, equitable, and transparent pay decisions—driven by real-time data and thoughtful design.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enjoy significant ownership and autonomy in developing the systems and infrastructure that support Compa’s core products. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborate closely with product managers and designers, and contribute to features that have a direct impact on enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver production-ready software across Compa’s web applications and backend systems.
- Develop new features and optimize existing workflows in partnership with Product and Design teams.
- Write clean, scalable code and engage in architectural decision-making.
- Participate in code reviews, team rituals, and roadmap discussions.
- Tackle real-world challenges faced by enterprise compensation teams, from data pipelines to user experience.
