About the Role
We are in search of a Senior Software Engineer who excels in an AI-native setting. You should be eager to develop scalable, intelligent systems that integrate automation, reasoning, and cutting-edge infrastructure.
In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement the systems that drive our AI-enabled platform, shaping our approach to incorporating large language models (LLMs), knowledge graphs, and intelligent workflows into enterprise-grade software.
This is a hands-on position for a developer who is deeply engaged in coding, possesses a systemic thought process, and aspires to influence the future of AI-enhanced engineering.
Responsibilities
AI-Driven Technical Ownership
Assume full ownership of intricate features and systems, from architecture and implementation to deployment and observability.
Design and enhance AI-native services that integrate LLMs and reasoning capabilities directly into product workflows.
Collaborate across various teams including product, design, and data to embed AI-driven intelligence into both user and developer experiences.
Lead architectural decisions that balance swift experimentation with sustainable scalability and reliability.
Hands-On Engineering
Backend First: Spearhead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of backend services, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and essential data infrastructure that support scalable enterprise workflows.
Full Stack Delivery: Develop user-facing features as needed, seamlessly connecting frontend UI with backend systems, you will manage the complete journey from browser to database.
Shape the Stack: Contribute to defining and evolving our architecture, from backend systems and databases to UI frameworks and client integrations.
AI and Workflow Innovation: Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into backend pipelines and product logic that enhance ITSM functionality and user-friendliness.
