The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Context Engine team, you will be at the forefront of developing the essential infrastructure that AI agents utilize to access and compile context, driven by Redis technology. You will collaborate with a dynamic, global team, enjoying significant autonomy while rapidly delivering and evolving our products. In this role, you won’t just follow specifications; you will actively shape the future of our product with your insights and expertise.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Context Infrastructure: Create and optimize systems for generating, transforming, and delivering context to AI agents, focused on speed, relevance, and scalability using Redis.
Rapidly Ship Features: Work at a startup pace within a well-resourced environment. Prototype, test, and deploy features in quick cycles, prioritizing functional software over lengthy planning.
Influence Product Development: Collaborate closely with leadership to shape both the direction and execution of our product offerings.
Write Efficient Go Code: Our Context Engine is built in Go, so you’ll produce clean, efficient, production-ready code while upholding high quality standards.
Engage with Agentic Tools: Utilize cutting-edge coding tools and workflows regularly, demonstrating fluency in AI-assisted development.
Take Ownership: Fully manage the systems you create, from initial design through to production. Your high level of autonomy carries a corresponding level of accountability.
