Atria Health is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. This pivotal individual contributor role will focus on enhancing our data infrastructure, developing robust data pipelines, and optimizing analytics platforms. You will design and implement scalable data systems, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product teams across Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery to provide high-quality data that drives insights and strategic decision-making. Your contributions will be instrumental in fulfilling Atria’s long-term research goals while empowering our physicians to uncover innovative clinical insights. You will lead complex data initiatives from conception to execution and establish best practices to elevate the overall engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Data Infrastructure & Pipelines

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Enhance and manage our data warehouse architecture within Snowflake.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling to meet analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Champion data quality initiatives encompassing validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to create data contracts and facilitate data integration into applications.
  • Engage with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to comprehend reporting needs and deliver reliable data solutions.
