The Employee Experience (EX) Team

The Employee Experience (EX) Team at Qualtrics comprises passionate engineers, the first fully operational in EMEA, focused on creating solutions that enable companies to understand and nurture their employees. We thrive on diagnosing and resolving intricate, ambiguous challenges for our customers, constantly innovating through AI-driven products to provide the best possible experiences. This team enjoys a high level of autonomy and ownership, empowered to influence product and technology roadmaps. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools and adopting a technology-agnostic stance allows us to work closely with clients and actual end-users.
