As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Palona AI, you will serve as a crucial link between our innovative product and engineering teams and our valued customers. Your role involves embedding directly with users to understand their unique challenges and translating those insights into cutting-edge technical solutions. You'll be responsible for deploying production-grade AI systems, managing deployment complexities, influencing product development, and spearheading impactful customer-facing initiatives.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to define, design, and implement AI systems that solve real-world business challenges. Build and integrate production-ready AI applications tailored to customer infrastructures. Create and present engaging demonstrations and prototypes that highlight the capabilities of our AI technology. Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of AI agents once deployed in production settings. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform continuous product and agent enhancements.
