You will serve as a crucial link between engineering, product, and marketing, testing and implementing data-informed growth strategies. As part of a small, agile team, you will manage the entire growth stack, from designing user interfaces and prototype experiences to developing backend systems, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools. You are an engineer with a business-oriented mindset, adept at leveraging code, iterating quickly based on data insights, and optimizing user funnels to scale impact. Comfort across full-stack development and multiple programming environments is essential. Your experience includes building growth features such as A/B testing systems, referral programs, onboarding processes, and notifications. You are deeply curious, metrics-driven, and possess a strong inclination towards experimentation and execution.We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds—whether frontend, backend, or growth product—but we prioritize those with robust technical foundations and a proven track record in driving user or revenue growth. You have successfully launched and scaled growth initiatives in either a high-growth startup or as part of a dedicated growth team.
