Position: Senior Software Engineer - Intelligent Process Automation

This pivotal role centers around creating dynamic automation solutions that reshape and digitize business documentation workflows typically received via fax or PDF.
Your expertise with UiPath’s intelligent document understanding will be crucial, as you ensure our designs remain flexible and scalable for future automation advancements. With automation solutions deployed in the AWS Cloud, a robust understanding of cloud technologies is essential. You will work in close collaboration with a talented team of senior engineers, business analysts, and product managers to engineer automation that enhances accuracy, minimizes errors, and elevates productivity across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities and propose IPA solutions. Develop new automated workflows or enhance existing RPA/IPA workflows. Implement document processing pipelines leveraging OCR, classification, and data extraction techniques. Design platform-agnostic solutions capable of migration to new tools as required. Integrate bots with enterprise systems through APIs or other interfaces. Maintain adherence to established coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment guidelines.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy and maintain automation solutions within AWS environments. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS for your automation workflows. Monitor bot executions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and support engineers to translate requirements and automation failures into effective designs. Work alongside QA teams to validate workflows prior to deployment. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to estimation and planning discussions.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing evaluation of automation processes and suggest enhancements to ensure continuous operational improvement.
