The Maritime Application Team is pivotal in converting core platform technologies into mission-critical capabilities that provide a significant operational advantage at sea. As a specialized software team within the core Lattice Platform, we accelerate the delivery of essential functionalities for maritime systems including Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry. Our purpose is to transform powerful platform elements—such as data management, mission autonomy, simulation, authentication, and orchestration—into integrated, robust applications for autonomous maritime systems. ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Maritime Application Team, you will play a critical role in designing and constructing the software utilized by our maritime operators daily. You will be responsible for creating and implementing user interfaces, microservices, and data integrations that elevate our autonomous underwater vehicles from robust hardware to intelligent, mission-ready assets. This position requires a product-focused engineer capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and translating complex operational needs into elegant, reliable, and scalable software solutions that bridge the gap between core platform infrastructure and real-world maritime challenges.
