About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in high-scale, event-driven systems developed in Java.
This position emphasizes the design and operation of distributed systems capable of processing large volumes of events through batch and real-time workflows. You will share architectural insights, enhance performance at scale, and fortify system resilience, all without the formal title of Tech Lead.
Our tech stack includes AWS and OpenShift (OCP), as well as PostgreSQL and document-oriented NoSQL databases, requiring a robust performance discipline.
If you have experience tuning the JVM under load, optimizing JSONB queries in production environments, and constructing reactive systems that maintain integrity under concurrency, we want to hear from you!
