Enhance the signal quality of the 'virtual driver's test' by refining individual simulations and overall workflows. Assess the predictive power of the test results concerning real-world driving behavior. Integrate machine learning models from partner teams, and potentially contribute to them, to optimize the 'virtual driver's test' by simulating the most compelling scenarios and reporting noteworthy results. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, or a quantitative PhD with at least 2 years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in C++, and familiarity with Python and SQL. A strong interest in autonomous driving and simulation evaluation. Preferred Qualifications:7+ years of industry experience or 3+ years post-doctoral experience in a quantitative or quality-focused engineering role, including experience as a technical lead. Experience in developing hypotheses, designing and executing experiments, processing experimental data, synthesizing conclusions, and ensuring the long-term stability of production systems.
