To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:5+ years of practical development experience with Microsoft . NET technologies, including C# and Microsoft SQL data repositories, . NET Core 2.0 and higher. Proficient in Angular or other key web technologies, such as HTML, CSS3, Responsive Design, and REST. Strong focus on enhancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Experience with security technologies like TLS, SAML, and OAuth. Familiarity with distributed, event-driven system architecture environments. Experience with Azure development is a plus. Understanding of SCRUM methodologies. Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to achieving personal and professional goals. Excellent communication skills, both professional and articulate. Able to manage your own time and priorities within a team setting.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering a comprehensive payment processing and acquiring platform for integrators, partners, and merchants, whether they are small independent businesses or large franchises. You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and others to ensure the delivery and support of essential functionalities across our payment platform, its user interfaces, and APIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adopting a hands-on problem-solving approach, generating innovative ideas and solutions while being adaptable to new technologies.
  • Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Refactoring existing code, writing unit tests, and conducting code reviews for teammates.
  • Identifying and resolving problems and defects by gathering information, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conducting peer reviews to ensure adherence to project conventions and accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Engaging in full life-cycle software development processes.
  • Contributing to performance diagnostics and troubleshooting analysis of software.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for developed APIs.
  • Collaborating and engaging with other developers and teams to foster motivation and connection.
  • Mentoring junior team members to elevate their software quality standards.
  • Estimating, planning, and implementing new features in conjunction with product and design teams.
  • Adhering to coding standards and best practices set by your team lead.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
