About the job

About Us:
Are you ready to make a significant impact? Join our passionate team at Rover and immerse yourself in a vibrant culture where work meets play.

At Rover, we believe that every individual deserves to experience the unconditional love of a pet. Our mission, since our inception in 2011, has been to facilitate this connection through our app and website, empowering pet owners to find loving pet sitters and dog walkers in their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, and Europe. We provide our community of trusted caregivers with the tools and support of a global company to help them thrive in their pet care businesses.

Located in Seattle, Washington, we collaborate closely with teams in cities such as Barcelona, San Antonio, and Spokane, as well as remote locations. Our workplace is consistently recognized as one of the best in the region, having earned accolades such as being named among the 100 Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business Magazine and recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal. As an agile, fast-growing company, our leadership team brings experience from some of the most respected tech organizations worldwide.

At Rover, we value our furry colleagues just as much as our human ones. We are committed to making pet parenthood more accessible while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming community that starts with our employees.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days in our Downtown Seattle office each week, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or be willing to relocate.
