We are seeking a proactive Senior Software Engineer who will be instrumental in constructing, optimizing, and reinforcing the pipelines, data models, and APIs vital for this evolution.

This role is centered on execution and requires a hands-on software engineering approach, moving beyond the mere maintenance of legacy systems. You will engage in coding, fine-tuning Gradle/Bazel builds, troubleshooting CI issues, and creating API endpoints that facilitate secure interactions between our infrastructure, human users, and AI agents. Your work will lay the groundwork for an agent-ready platform, enhancing our operational efficiency.

We handle mission-critical, highly confidential data across both commercial and FedRAMP-regulated environments, and our release infrastructure plays a crucial role in upholding that trust.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oakland, California, with an expected hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
