This role encompasses the entire backend development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and architectural design to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Ideal candidates will excel in building distributed systems, mentoring peers, and ensuring reliability at scale within a dynamic startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & Development: Craft and implement scalable backend endpoints and distributed systems utilizing Python.Database Modeling: Develop and enhance data models across Postgres, DynamoDB, and Redis.Architecture & APIs: Define and deliver APIs and backend services that support mobile (Flutter) and web (React/Next.js) applications.Infrastructure: Collaborate with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS to ensure dependable deployment, monitoring, and scaling.Feature Delivery: Take ownership of the feature delivery process, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet user needs and business objectives.
